This Terms, Conditions & User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of Mentor On Demand (MOD) — a proprietary software platform, training system, and affiliate program operated by BC Global Legacy LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business in the State of Texas.
**IMPORTANT: By purchasing, accessing, or using Mentor On Demand in any capacity (as a user, subscriber, or affiliate), you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms.**
If you do not agree to this Agreement in full, you may not use, promote, access, or distribute MOD in any way.

## 2. Subscription Terms & Delivery
Mentor On Demand is a subscription-based digital mentorship platform with instant access to proprietary AI content, audio responses, video training, and business development tools.
* All sales are final. Due to the nature of instant access to proprietary digital content, no refunds will be granted, regardless of usage level, perceived results, or personal circumstances.
* Your subscription includes access to all core training features, voice AI mentorship, and associated digital products for the duration of your active term.
* Subscriptions may be revoked or terminated for violation of these terms.

## 3. User Agreement
By becoming a user or affiliate of MOD, you agree to the following:
* You will not share your access, content, recordings, or any part of the platform with others who have not paid for access.
* You will not attempt to rebrand, clone, reverse-engineer, or recreate any portion of the MOD content, AI assistant, or methodology for personal, commercial, or competitive use.
* You understand that access is personal, non-transferable, and revocable for breach of this agreement.
* You will uphold the spirit and ethics of respectful, duplicatable business development and avoid using MOD to mislead, defame, or harm any third party.

## 4. Use by Network Marketers
MOD is a company-neutral mentorship system designed to support personal and professional growth in the Network Marketing industry.
If you are a distributor of another company:
* You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your own company’s policies.
* MOD is not responsible for any conflict, termination, or violation that may arise.
* If MOD is not used to enhance your team ethically and compliantly, you are advised to not use the affiliate program.

## 5. Affiliate Terms & Restrictions
MOD offers a single-tier affiliate program that pays a 33% commission on successful referrals of paid subscribers.
As an affiliate, you agree to:
* Never make income claims, guarantee results, or imply earnings beyond what is clearly stated.
* Always disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting MOD.
* Promote ethically, using approved marketing resources or original content that aligns with the MOD mission.
* Understand that commissions are paid only on successful collected payments. No commissions are paid on trials, failed payments, or cancelled orders.
* Affiliate access may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms.

Mentor On Demand makes no guarantees of income or results. Any testimonials, stories, or screenshots are illustrative only.
Your outcome depends on your skill, consistency, and execution — not the platform alone.

## 7. Intellectual Property
All content, training modules, scripts, branding, designs, systems, audio files, AI responses, and strategic frameworks are exclusive intellectual property of BC Global Legacy LLC.
You agree:
* Not to copy, reproduce, repurpose, or distribute any MOD content.
* Not to sell, license, or incorporate MOD assets into any other training or business.
* Any violation will result in immediate access termination and may trigger civil legal action.

## 8. Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from:
* Reverse engineering or replicating MOD's AI logic, prompt design, or delivery system
* Rebranding or selling any MOD-related training as your own
* Sharing login credentials or giving unauthorized users access
* Using MOD to mislead prospects, harass competitors, or spread misinformation

## 9. Modifications to Service or Program
BC Global Legacy LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform, affiliate program, pricing structure, or features at any time with or without notice.
Continued access or use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

## 10. Binding Arbitration Agreement
Any and all disputes or legal claims will be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
* Arbitration will take place in Austin, Texas, and all parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
* All legal claims, including breach of contract, defamation, or misrepresentation, will be handled exclusively through arbitration.
* You agree to abide by the outcome of any arbitration as final and legally binding.

## 11. Ten-Year Non-Compete Clause
**By accessing Mentor On Demand, you agree to the following non-compete terms:**
You shall not, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of your last active access to MOD:
* Develop, sell, promote, or distribute any competing AI mentor, automated coaching tool, or duplicatable system for the Network Marketing or Direct Sales industry
* Create or contribute to any product or program that mimics the unique delivery style, format, or functionality of Mentor On Demand
* Attempt to solicit MOD subscribers, affiliates, or team members for any similar service or coaching offer
* License, white-label, or advise on the creation of any service that reasonably competes with MOD’s core value proposition
Violations of this non-compete clause will result in injunctive relief, damages, and forfeiture of any affiliate commissions or earned access rights, in addition to all available legal remedies.

## 12. Publicity & Media Consent
By submitting testimonials, feedback, screenshots, or content in any format, you grant BC Global Legacy LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:
* Use your name, likeness, voice, and content across all media formats, including but not limited to training, marketing, and advertising
* Edit, reproduce, or publish such content without further approval or compensation
* Store and display content indefinitely for educational or promotional purposes

* You will comply fully with the spirit and letter of this Agreement
